Dance yourself into motion!
Dancing gets your heart, mind and body going – without any pressure to perform, just a lot of joie de vivre. Whether in the living room, on the playground or in the kitchen: turn on the music, try out steps, spin in circles – the main thing is to get yourself moving. Just a few minutes of dancing is enough to relieve stress, boost your fitness and put you in a good mood. Find your favorite song, grab your family, neighbors or friends and take your own little dance break from everyday life. https://www.bewegungsatlas.berlin/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/BNW_tanz_dich_fit_HD_sound.mp4

Fascia training – for more lightness, flexibility and well-being!
Our fasciae are the fine connective tissue that connects muscles, bones and organs. When they stick together or harden, we feel stiffness, tension or even pain. With targeted exercises such as rolling, stretching and light bouncing, you can loosen these adhesions, stimulate blood circulation and bring your body back into balance. 🌿 👉 Exercise tip: Sit on the floor, place the fascia roll under your thighs and slowly roll from your knees to your buttocks. Keep breathing calmly and feel how the tissue gradually becomes softer. Perfect after sport or long periods of sitting! Just a few minutes a day can work wonders – for more flexibility, less tension and an all-round good body feeling. Let go. Roll. Breathe deeply. ✨
