In Focus: “Women in Volunteer Roles – Inspiration for Strong Organizations” Girls’ and women’s sports thrive on dedicated people, strong networks, and open dialogue! Through our networking group, we bring together clubs, female instructors, female coaches, volunteers, and anyone interested—to share new ideas, exchange experiences, and generate fresh momentum for girls’ and women’s sports in the district. Together with the State Sports Federation, we’re discussing how to attract women to volunteer and support them in the long term. The topics include:✔️ Opportunities and challenges✔️ Successful real-world examples from everyday club life In addition to the technical input, the focus is above all on personal interaction: making new connections and expanding existing partnerships. Explore the neighborhood and get active together! With our digital neighborhood rallies, we invite people of all ages to get to know Marzahn-Hellersdorf in a new (inter)active way. Using a smartphone or tablet, you’ll explore various neighborhoods in the district—at each stop, you’ll find interesting facts, simple physical activities, trivia questions, and creative challenges. The rallies combine physical activity, socializing, and exploration—while also raising awareness of local clubs, organizations, recreational activities, and special places in the district. Whether as a family, with friends, as a school class, or on your own: explore Marzahn-Hellersdorf with your eyes wide open and discover new things in a fun way!
