In Focus: “Women in Volunteer Roles – Inspiration for Strong Organizations”
Girls’ and women’s sports thrive on dedicated people, strong networks, and open dialogue! Through our networking group, we bring together clubs, female instructors, female coaches, volunteers, and anyone interested—to share new ideas, exchange experiences, and generate fresh momentum for girls’ and women’s sports in the district.
Together with the State Sports Federation, we’re discussing how to attract women to volunteer and support them in the long term. The topics include:

✔️ Successful real-world examples from everyday club life
In addition to the technical input, the focus is above all on personal interaction: making new connections and expanding existing partnerships. After all, strong networks are the foundation for a diverse range of physical activity programs and a vibrant community life in Marzahn-Hellersdorf 💪
