An hour of modern pelvic floor training for you! In this course, you will strengthen your core: your
pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles. We use mobilization, endurance and
strengthening exercises to do this. The class ends with a wonderful stretch and relaxation session.
The training is free of charge and is also suitable as a postnatal course for women who have recently given birth.
Remember to wear comfortable clothing!

All parents with or without their children are welcome to take part in parent-child sport! Music accompanies moms, dads and children together during various exercises to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, posture and balance. For the fun of the children aged approx. 0-9 years, movement songs and stories as well as stop dancing are used for everyone. We sweat together, motivate each other in the group and go home feeling great and in a good mood. The course is free of charge for all families. Wear comfortable clothes! In this 8-week Hatha Yoga course for beginners or returning students with a focus on "relaxation", participants learn various physical exercises (asanas) as well as breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
Light physical exertion is also part of the course, e.g. stretching muscles and tissues to release tension. Information on stress prevention and stress management is also provided.
Course leader: Amely Gundlach is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher and singer. She teaches integral hatha yoga for all levels.
Costs: 120 euros (8 appointments) A subsidy from the health insurance fund is possible.
After completion of the course, participants receive a certificate of participation which they submit to their health insurance company. Depending on the fund's statutes, they reimburse between 60 and 80% of the costs.
