Sportkinder Berlin e.V.'s exercise program focuses on providing fun and games and promoting early childhood development. A wide variety of skills are learned and trained as required. 3-7 years

The Sportkinder Berlin e.V. program teaches children a variety of team games. The children also gain an insight into various team sports so that they can gain their first positive experience of exercise. 3-8 years

Whole-body training to maintain mobility, stability and coordination. Then we play volleyball with age-appropriate rules to slow things down.

We play in mixed teams in a recreational league and also take part in tournaments and seasonal matches as part of "Ran ans Netz".

n the step aerobics classes, we train endurance and coordination, strengthen our cardiovascular system, strengthen our muscles, mainly in the legs and torso, and don't neglect our "gray cells" either. To lively music with lots of fun and energy, basics are turned into choreography. Afterwards, we move from the board to the mat for mobilization, stretching and relaxation with elements of yoga.

Through targeted exercises with elements from full-body gymnastics, Pilates, Qi Gong, Tai Chi and yoga, we gain more strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination. Targeted small training units (e.g. specifically for the fasciae, pelvic floor, small, deeper skeletal muscles, especially in the back and joints) not only improve our posture and balance, but also help prevent osteoporosis. A welcome side effect is a flat stomach, firm bottom and toned legs.

Our sports lesson begins with a circuit training session and music to go with it. We move to music and train the body (especially arms and legs) with different exercises and yoga elements. This is followed by 30 minutes of muscle training on the floor with the Pilates band, fascia roll, ball and balance cushion, which strengthens all major muscle groups, especially the abdominal and back muscles. At the end of each training session there is a five-minute relaxation break.

Team, ball, kick", then you've come to the right place. We play casually and relaxed into the quiet Friday evening. Any reinforcement with fairness and team play is welcome. We are open to everyone - m/f/d - between the ages of 16 and 70.
