Athletics training, apparatus training, ballet, acrobatics, learning team choreographies, training camps

The training includes body and apparatus technique with rope, ball, clubs, hoop and ribbon. The gymnasts are aged 10-28 and train twice a week. Previous knowledge of ballet and/or rhythmic gymnastics is required.

The teams train in different age groups from 6-30 years twice a week. The groups go to a training camp once a year. The prerequisites for joining the group are gymnastic and dancing talent, regular participation in training and the motivation to train and perform together as a group.

In the children's gymnastics area, the first performances take place within the club. In children's gymnastics, the first rhythmic movement training and coordination exercises with arms, legs and the whole body are carried out and trained in a playful way. Musical dances and small choreographies are learned.

Soccer

-self-massage techniques, yoga asanas and Pilates exercises
-guided meditations, mini mindfulness for everyday life
-regulate the nervous system and find energy, gratitude and change of perspective, quiet moments and sharing

The walks are regular walks in the district, accompanied by volunteers, or to a destination of choice.
In addition to exercise in the fresh air, the main focus is on exchange, conversation and socializing.
