Gundula Lehmann is a trained yoga instructor for senior citizens and people with disabilities. With elements from the fields of yoga, meditation and relaxation, body, mind and psyche are gently stimulated and strengthened.
Their offer combines the following elements:

You are cordially invited to take moving walks in Marzahn NordWest. Together we do light exercises and recharge our batteries for everyday life. In addition, there is much to discover in the surrounding area.

Start and end is at the neighborhood office Marzahn NordWest. Here you can also use the toilet again and put something down. We walk, like to decide together where to go, take breaks and get to talk.

The offer is free of charge and does not require registration.

Our exercise instructor Steren invites you to fitness and exercise for seniors every Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 (two one-hour classes in a row!).
The courses take place in the Nachbarschaftstreff Sonnenblume in Wittenberger Straße 23, 12689 Berlin.
Feel free to just drop by. You do not need to register and participation is free of charge.

We offer a Seniore*innen bicycle tours and a bicycle training.
First location is at Marzahner Promenade 38 (in front of Volkssolidarität)an , Tuesdays in the time of 10 am - 12 pm we organize the bike training there.
The aim of the training is to bring the seniors who have not ridden a bike for a long time, under guidance, safely back on the bike, the wheels for this action can be provided by us.
Afterwards we will go on a joint tour through the district starting at 12 p.m., this tour ends at the district center Mosaik Altlandsberger Platz 2 with a joint coffee drink.
The second tour will start from the district center at 2 p.m. and will end at 4 p.m. at the latest.
