In cooperation with bwgt e.V., two exercise programs for older people are held in the Hellersdorf-Ost district center. These are financed by the project “Healthy in Berlin – Neighborhoods at a Glance” and are therefore free of charge for all participants.
– Nordic Walking for the Elderly, every Monday, 14:30 – 16:00
– Yoga for the Elderly, every Monday, 16:30 – 18:00

Gundula L. is a trained yoga instructor for seniors and people with disabilities. With elements from the fields of yoga, meditation and relaxation, body, mind and psyche are gently stimulated and strengthened.
Their offer combines the following elements:
