Two simple exercises to do at home:
1️⃣ Gentle circling of the shoulders – Stand upright and slowly circle your shoulders backwards. Breathe evenly and consciously let go with each exhalation.
2️⃣ The calm flow of breath – Close your eyes and place your hands on your stomach. Feel how your breath rises and falls. Let your thoughts float by like clouds in the sky.
