Offers
Stepaerobics - basic steps are combined into simple choreographies. A mix of movement, strength endurance training and that combined with rousing music.
Pilates - is a systematic whole body workout to strengthen the muscles, balancing breathing and movement.

Tuesday: 6.30 pm Stepaerobics
7.15 pm Pilates
Please bring: Sturdy trainers for the step, a large towel and something to drink!
