Visual exercises can be used to train the eyes and vision. This keeps the eyes healthier and fitter - "fit to see".

The "Eye School" course always takes place on Mondays at 4pm in the beautiful recreation room of the Kung Fu Sports School on the 1st floor of the Leisure Forum. The course hour costs 5 euros. It's not a club, it's not a long-term contract, you only pay for the hour you attend.

In the course of life, the eye also ages, of course. but with targeted training it can be built up again. In the course, you learn how to treat your eyes with care in order to preserve your eyesight for a long time.
The visual exercises are varied, short and not strenuous, so the course is never boring.

The eye school by and with Uta Baranovskyy has existed in Marzahner Promenade for more than five years, based on her own research and findings as well as on interaction with the course participants.

The course is divided into exercise folders, which are exercises for ONE age phenomenon at a time. But the eyes as well as the head and body age as a whole in their individual parts, so all exercises are equally important. So you also have a lot of variety.
The online course costs 11.50 euros per month, is taken out as a subscription, and is easy to cancel each month. No further obligations. So you can train your eyes and your vision at any time from anywhere so that you can see everything well for a long time.

We offer a 1 month free trial training to get to know each other. Racing bikes can be provided depending on availability and size. Children aged 8 - 16 can take advantage of the free trial training.

The sports-oriented youth leisure facility SENFTE 10 invites you to spend your free time actively with its fitness room, billiards, darts, table football and table tennis. Equipment such as BMX bikes, inline skates, skateboards, scooters as well as protective clothing, or play and sports equipment such as balls, table tennis trowels, badminton games, skipping ropes, hoops, diabolos, board games and much more can be borrowed on presentation of a student ID (or similar document).
A workshop is also available for minor repairs to the roller sports equipment and bicycles.

In this 8-week Hatha Yoga course for beginners or returning students with a focus on "relaxation", participants learn various physical exercises (asanas) as well as breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
Light physical exertion is also part of the course, e.g. stretching muscles and tissues to release tension. Information on stress prevention and stress management is also provided.
Course leader: Amely Gundlach is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher and singer. She teaches integral hatha yoga for all levels.
Costs: 120 euros (8 appointments) A subsidy from the health insurance fund is possible.
After completion of the course, participants receive a certificate of participation which they submit to their health insurance company. Depending on the fund's statutes, they reimburse between 60 and 80% of the costs.
