Network Meeting on Girls’ and Women’s Sports in Marzahn-Hellersdorf

Girls’ and women’s sports thrive on dedicated people, strong networks, and open dialogue. Through our Girls’ and Women’s Sports Network, we aim to bring together clubs, female coaches, trainers, volunteers, and anyone else interested to develop ideas together, share experiences, and provide new impetus for girls’ and women’s sports in the district.

The event will focus on the topic “Women in Volunteer Work—Ideas for Strong Clubs.” Together with the State Sports Federation, we would like to discuss how women can be encouraged to volunteer and supported in the long term. The discussion will cover opportunities, challenges, and successful real-world examples from everyday club life.

In addition to providing expert input, the networking session offers, above all, an opportunity to engage in conversation, make new connections, and expand existing partnerships. After all, strong networks are the foundation for a diverse range of physical activity programs and a vibrant community life in Marzahn-Hellersdorf.
