Developments in social media are very dynamic and pose major challenges for those responsible in non-profit organizations. How do you maintain an overview and at the same time carry out targeted communication work in social media? And how do you do this with limited resources? This workshop strengthens the view from above and provides tools with which you can revise or create your organization’s individual social media strategy.
