In the K&P area, compulsory and freestyle exercises are performed in rhythmic gymnastics. The gymnasts compete as individual, pair or group gymnasts at national level. They continue to perform at show events and sports festivals.
The training includes body and apparatus technique with rope, ball, clubs, hoop and ribbon. The gymnasts are aged 10-28 and train twice a week. Previous knowledge of ballet and/or rhythmic gymnastics is required.
