The Bezirkssportbund Marzahn-Hellersdorf e.V. represents the interests of the sports clubs in the district of Marzahn-Hellersdorf. We see ourselves as a representation of interests vis-à-vis politics, the state sports federation, administration and the public. We advise, inform and support our member clubs and initiate our own projects for the development of the sports landscape Marzahn-Hellersdorf. As of 01.09.2023, we are looking for a part-time office employee (m/f/d) (19.7 hours).
Job Description:
– Organization of the office operations and support of the board of directors
– Organization of appointments e.g. general meetings, board meetings as well as working groups and committees
– Consulting and maintaining contacts to and with our clubs, cooperation with professional associations, LSB Berlin and Sports Office
– Membership administration, application processing and accounting for grants and subsidies
– Organization and implementation of sports events (family sports festival, sports honor)
– Taking care of guests in the House of Sports (event room, sports museum)
