With targeted exercises such as rolling, stretching and light bouncing, you can loosen these adhesions, stimulate blood circulation and bring your body back into balance. 🌿

👉 Exercise tip: Sit on the floor, place the fascia roll under your thighs and slowly roll from your knees to your buttocks. Keep breathing calmly and feel how the tissue gradually becomes softer. Perfect after sport or long periods of sitting!

Just a few minutes a day can work wonders – for more flexibility, less tension and an all-round good body feeling.
